మంత్రి కొప్పుల ఈశ్వర్ వేసిన మధ్యంతర పిటిషన్ ను హైకోర్టు డిస్ మిస్ చేసింది. మూడేళ్ల పాటు విచారణ జరిపిన తర్వాత అనర్హత పిటిషన్ ను డిస్ మిస్ చేయడం సాధ్యం కాదని తేల్చి చెప్పింది.
